- Conversation logs: 90 days for basic, 365 days for premium accounts
- Account data: Retained while account is active
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 13 months
- Payment data: Processed by third parties, not retained by us
Data Deletion
- Account closure: Immediate deletion upon request
- Conversation history: Can be deleted at any time from dashboard
- Legal hold: Some data may be retained for legal compliance
- Backup data: Deleted within 30 days of account closure
